Construction is underway on a new regional office for Toyota of Portland at Columbia Tech Center in Vancouver, Washington. The facility is designed to support 73 Toyota dealers across the Pacific Northwest, serving as a central hub for regional operations and coordination.
The project incorporates steel supplied through CWallA as part of the structural framing, including 33 and 43 mil studs along with standard and slotted track and accessories. These components contribute to the strength, flexibility, and long-term performance required for a modern office environment.
Expected to be completed by mid-2026, the new regional office represents continued growth and investment in infrastructure supporting the automotive industry throughout the region.
