Proposition 65, or simply Prop 65, California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act requires distributors such as CWallA to warn customers about the presence of any of the nearly 900 chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and/or reproductive harm.
In compliance with these requirements, we confirm that CWallA distributes products that may contain chemicals that are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm. The labeling of these products will not be altered or changed by CWallA.
