Progress continues on the new terminal project at Napa County Airport in Napa, California. Led by Loya Pena Builders, this multi-level facility is part of a broader effort to expand airport infrastructure and improve service capacity in the region.

Construction is progressing in Bozeman, Montana, where Dick Anderson Construction is combining mentorship and jobsite experience to train the next generation of builders. Construction is progressing at the Northwest Specialty Hospital Campus in Post Falls, ID, where a new two story Medical Office Building is being added to the east side of the facility. Led by All Wall Contracting, the project will provide additional exam rooms and office space for Primary Care Physicians, helping meet the growing demand for healthcare in the region.

SCAFCO steel is being used for structural framing throughout the build, with material support and delivery coordination provided by CWallA. Once complete, the expansion will enhance the hospital’s capacity to serve the surrounding community with modern, accessible care.

At Chowchilla Elementary School District, construction is underway on the new Fairmead Multipurpose Room. U-Neac Framing is leading the effort, installing over 85,000 pounds of SCAFCO steel to support the facility’s structural needs.

The project incorporates specialized systems including Custom Pitch Track, Seismic Drift Track, and Fire Track Blocking to meet performance and safety requirements. Steel materials were supplied through CWallA, helping ensure a smooth and efficient build process. Once complete, the new space will serve as a versatile hub for school and community activities.

Construction continues on the new Center for Design at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in Kirkland, WA. The project features exposed braced frames and timber trusses that highlight the role of structure in architectural expression.

Following a devastating fire, restoration efforts are bringing new life to the historic St. Joseph Church in Salem, OR. Western Partitions, Inc. (WPI) is leading the rebuild, working with steel products from SCAFCO and material support provided by CWallA.

The project required a creative approach to meet the structural and aesthetic demands of the church’s iconic arched architecture. Through careful installation of Zees, arches, and custom curves, the team is combining craftsmanship and precision to restore a cherished local landmark.
