CWALLA SUPPORTS ONGOING CONSTRUCTION AT SPOKANE FALLS TOWER

Downtown Spokane continues to grow as construction progresses on the Spokane Falls Tower, a 12-story residential development that will feature luxury condominiums with panoramic views of the Spokane River and falls.

ELEGANT FRAMING IN PROGRESS AT HOLY ROSARY CHURCH IN WOODLAND, CA

Work is underway on Holy Rosary Church in Woodland, CA, where Donohue Construction is blending craftsmanship and structural precision to bring this architectural vision to life. Designed with graceful arches and detailed lines, the church is being framed using SCAFCO’s Perfect Curve system—ideal for capturing the building’s refined form.

NEW TERMINAL RISING AT NAPA COUNTY AIRPORT

NEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN ANCHORAGE, AK

Exciting progress is underway at the site of Inlet Elementary School in Anchorage, Alaska—the first new school built in the city in more than 12 years. Uresco is leading construction on this two story facility, located adjacent to the existing campus.

The project features 160,000 pounds of SCAFCO steel framing, supporting a design that will provide students with expanded classrooms and modern learning environments. MEDICAL OFFICE EXPANSION UNDERWAY AT NORTHWEST SPECIALTY HOSPITAL

Construction is progressing at the Northwest Specialty Hospital Campus in Post Falls, ID, where a new two story Medical Office Building is being added to the east side of the facility. At Chowchilla Elementary School District, construction is underway on the new Fairmead Multipurpose Room. U-Neac Framing is leading the effort, installing over 85,000 pounds of SCAFCO steel to support the facility’s structural needs.

RESTORATION UNDERWAY AT ST. JOSEPH CHURCH IN SALEM, OR

May 21, 2025

Following a devastating fire, restoration efforts are bringing new life to the historic St. Joseph Church in Salem, OR. Western Partitions, Inc. (WPI) is leading the rebuild, working with steel products from SCAFCO and material support provided by CWallA.

The project required a creative approach to meet the structural and aesthetic demands of the church’s iconic arched architecture. Through careful installation of Zees, arches, and custom curves, the team is combining craftsmanship and precision to restore a cherished local landmark.
