All Wall Contracting, Inc., a CWallA client, is making progress on the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center project in Spokane, WA. This two-phase development includes a 9,900-square-foot expansion to add 34 new beds, followed by major upgrades to the behavioral health center.
SCAFCO steel framing—specifically 600S200-68m studs—is being used to support the structure’s integrity and efficiency. With each phase valued at $20 million, this work is part of a larger $150 million investment focused on improving facilities and care for the veteran community in the Spokane region.
