A former car dealership in Eugene, Oregon, is being reimagined as the new office space for Zip-O-Log. The renovation highlights the growing trend of adaptive reuse, transforming an existing commercial property into a modern workplace while maximizing the value of the original structure. Built with 61,000 pounds of SCAFCO steel and supplied through CWallA, the project demonstrates the flexibility and durability of steel framing. By giving an existing building a new purpose, the renovation showcases how steel can help breathe new life into commercial spaces while supporting long-term performance and functionality.
