Located in Tacoma and scheduled to open in December of 2019, the 110,000-square-foot Emerald Queen Casino will nestle inside a 310,000-square-foot building that can go toe to toe with any other casino in Washington when it comes to sheer size. An estimated 230 panels of 68-mil SCAFCO Steel Stud Company studs ranging from 44 to 50 feet long and 8 to 16 feet wide will be required to complete the job.
